Too small

My first pair I ordered was a size 8, my normal size. They were small so I gave them to my daughter. Then I ordered an 8 1/2 and they are still too small. Definitely wide enough but my toes rub against the tip of the shoe. I’m trying to stretch them out.

Great Customer Service

I bought two pairs of these shoes for a summer trip to Italy. Having never bought these before I ordered a 9.75 and upon receiving them, discovered that they were too big. I contacted customer service and with in a week I had returned the two pair that didn’t fit and received two pair of 9.5 that fit much better! Since it’s winter here in IL, I have yet to wear them outside of the house, but they are beautiful shoes! I was very impressed with my purchase!

Charix is a small independent brand based in Washington DC. We ship and service directly from our own DC warehouse with a small team that personally attends to each order.

Charix shoes are made exclusively at the Charix Atelier in Istanbul with love and care of our artisans. We produce in small batches one pair at a time.

Free shipping typically arrives within 5-8 business days. Expedited shipping typically arrives within 3 business days. We will email you the tracking information once we fulfill your order.

We offer easy exchanges or returns within 30 days. Exchanges and returns can be processed on our website, and we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
