This is my fourth pair of these shoes, I love the fit, the colors and the Customer Service is one of the Best. Always getting compliments, they are a dream to wear. Thinking of my next color, try them you won't be disappointed.

I have four pairs of Charix shoes. Red, Pink, Forest green and a beautiful tan. They are so comfortable with the rounded toe box and well made. I get lots of compliments and inquiries as to where I got them. I will be ordering more shoes. Can’t get enough shoes especially when the colors are so pretty. Annette

Breaking in

Shoes still too snug around the toes even after exchanging the size. I asked for a half size up and what I received was a quarter size up. I understand that they will open up but in the mean time your feet get ruined.
Will not be purchasing again or recommend ing to family and friends.

Charix has excellent customer service.

I was able to speak with a person when the first pair of shoes didn't fit. No problem returning them in the same pre paid box. They asked me if I wanted to try 2 different sizes. I did and found the perfect fit. The shoes are VERY comfortable and very nice looking. I also bought the water proof solution and applied it right away. I love these shoes!!!
