We offer easy exchanges and returns within 30 days from the order date. We provide prepaid shipping labels for all the exchanges and returns.

Exchange Policy: Once you process your exchange, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. We ship the new item(s) when the original item(s) is received by the carrier. If the sizing is not right, we recommend exchanging as opposed to returning and reordering; exchanges are free and arrive quicker.
Return Policy: Once you process your return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. You can either return for a store credit or a full refund. Returns for store credit or exchanges are totally free. However, full returns are subject to a $8 restocking fee.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are issues back to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
Unworn Item Policy: Returned item(s) must be in their original unworn condition with the original packaging. Trying the item(s) lightly around the house is OK, as long as there are no visible crease marks or scuffed outsoles. Even though this is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
Repeated Returns: We offer prepaid shipping labels to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. We also monitor our returns and return reasons to improve our service and product. In case of repeated returns, a member of our customer service team may reach out to assist you.
International Exchanges and Returns: We accept exchanges and returns for international orders. We incur the cost of shipping the new item(s) to you and you are responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us. International customer can use any carrier of their choice to return the item(s) to our U.S warehouse located in 1905 Fairview Avenue Washington DC 20002. Returning Socks or Arch Inserts: Socks and arch insert sales are final and cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.
