Suede & Leather Protector Spray

I have three pairs. They are a joy to wear. I always get compliments. My feet are so grateful I gave them a beautiful gift!

I bought my first pair during lockdown, and have been wearing them ever since. But, the colors called, so now have 4 pairs, and I still love them. They are my 'go to' travel shoes, as they can be stylish worn with shorts or dress trousers for a concert or play. They are comfortable, and I love that the insoles are sewn in. No more pulling out the insole when you take your shoes off.

Did I mention the customer service? The best! I had to return my initial pair as they were too small. The new ones were sent before I'd even returned the initial pair. I was shocked. Few companies do that. And, now, years later, the customer service is still great! Quick to reply and resolve any issues, with packages being sent along quickly.

It has to be five stars for my Charix experience!

I looked at these shoes for a long time before buying. The price point was a stretch. But it was worth it. The shoes are beautifully crafted. They are also amazingly comfortable.
There was a break in period of about two weeks for me. Purchasing the conditioner and using regularly was helpful to keeping the leather soft during that time.
Also, I had to exchange sizes and customer service was incredible. They reached out to me to ask questions about my return selection and offered to send two sizes to try at the same time. Which was very helpful.
More if these in different colours are definitely in my future.

Love these shoes. I’ve found arch inserts that work with them and after red, gray and green pairs, I am looking forward to my next pair.

I now have two pairs of Charix shoes, and they both fit perfectly, look great, and the quality is excellent. These will be my go-to flats!

The reviews and ads are true. These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve worn in years. No need to “break them in” as they fit perfectly directly out of the box. Will definitely purchase more colors in the future!
