COMFORTABLE SHOES

I always have trouble finding shoes in size 10.0 to 10.5 that are stylish yet comfortable. I bought my first pair of Charix about one year ago and I absolutely love them. I am a high school counselor/teacher and I am on the go constantly! I want to dress professionally and be comfortable. I can wear my Charix with just about everything. You can even wear them without socks! I actually wear my Charix with Invisasox for Women for certain outfits. For other outfits I wear them with tights. I love the way I feel and look! I also love the ease when returning them. I bought my first pair of Charix in Size 10 and they were somewhat tight. I went online and requested a Size 10.75 and right away I received a free shipping label. As soon as I dropped off my Charix at the USA Postal Office I had already received an email message letting me know that my bigger size Charix were shipped! I highly recommend Charix! Many people may think they are expensive but they are worth it! I am tired of the constant foot pain, blisters and so many other problems that other shoes have given me! My Charix shoes have saved me from all of those issues!

Very comfortable

I used them for a vacation in Italy. I didn’t have any problems with them hurting my feet. Now that I’m home, I wear them often.

Bad shoe size chart

This is my third pair of Charix shoes. I used the size chart on the page where the shoes were shown and chose 8 1/2 my usual US size. After the shoes arrived and I discovered they were too small, I found the other size chart. On this one, were both the US and European sizes and I discovered that it indicates size 39 (my regular European size) is actually 8 3/4. Now I will be returning the shoes and will order the correct size. If you used only one size chart - the one that includes both US and European sizes, all of this could be resolved saving both of us time and money.

I bought 3 pairs of Charity this season. I had to change sizes on one pair and was pleased with the great customer service. The comfort is also just incredible. Love these shoes❤️

Love Theses Shoes

Just got my second pair of Charix shoes. Very excited they come in 1/4 sizes. Sometimes a whole or 1/2 size is too much. They are comfortable and stylish. I'll order another pair hopefully this spring.

I wanted to love these shoes!

I love the look of these shoes. I ordered my normal size and was very disappointed when my heel continued to slip out of the shoe. I even tried a heel pad but it didn’t work. The craftsmanship is beautiful and I really was hopeful these would work. I am not sure about a smaller size.

Hi Susan, it sounds like you are in between sizes in our shoes. To prevent the heel slipage, we will send you a complimentary pair of our cork inserts that go under the removable insoles for a more secure fit around the heels.

So happy when wearing my new blue shoes! I also have a pair of mules and they seem a bit long, but these look just right. I ordered my regular size of 8 along with the arch supports. Of course, now that it’s winter, they may see more use inside the house.
