Where We Ship From: We ship directly from our warehouse in Washington DC. Each order is inspected, and packed by a Charix team member with care.

Order Status: Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details and tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Delivery Times: Orders with standard shipping typically arrive within 5-8 business days. Orders with expedited shipping get prioritized the next business day, and typically arrive within 2-3 business days.

Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping. Once you submit your request on our Return Portal, you will receive a USPS shipping label. You can simply hand the package to your mail delivery person or drop off at the closest Post Office. Returns will be delivered back to the Charix Warehouse in Washington DC. Please see our Exchanges and Returns Policy for details.

Lost or Stolen Packages: You will receive live tracking information with each order. Please monitor your incoming package(s) to ensure they will be delivered to a secure address. Charix is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

International Orders: We ship worldwide from the U.S. and our international shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Products shipped from the U.S. to other countries may or may not be subject to local duties. Charix is not responsible for any duty you may incur with Customs in your country.
